2. Who This Policy Covers

This policy covers the personal data of: visitors to this site, prospective clients who contact us, clients and their representatives or contacts, suppliers and partners where applicable, and anyone who communicates with us via WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram, or other channels.

We collect the data you voluntarily provide us:

Our contact form sends your information to our own server, which forwards it by email to admin@tuimpulsoweb.com and creates a record in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to follow up on your request. We do not use third-party platforms to process your form.

When you contact us through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we receive your name, public profile picture, phone number or username (depending on the platform), and the content of the messages you send us, through our conversation management platform. We use this solely to provide support and follow up on your request.

If you email us directly, we receive your address and message content through our corporate email provider.

We have not currently identified any tracking cookies or advertising pixels installed directly on this site. If we run advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), there may be an exchange of information with Meta to measure the performance of those campaigns; we are verifying the exact scope of that integration and will update this paragraph with the corresponding technical detail. If we add analytics or advertising cookies that are not strictly necessary in the future, we will notify you with a notice on the site before activating them, so you can accept or decline them.

4. Authorization

By contacting us through any of our channels (form, WhatsApp, email, social media) you give us your prior, express, and informed authorization to process your personal data as described in this policy. You may withdraw this authorization at any time (see Section 9).

5. How We Use Your Data

Operational communications (necessary to assist you, and not requiring authorization beyond what is already described):

Marketing communications (news, content, or promotions): we only send these with your specific authorization, and you may cancel it whenever you want.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we share it with third parties so they can run their own advertising unrelated to the purposes described here. We do transmit information to technology providers necessary to operate, including: our email provider, the infrastructure where we host this site and our services, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, our conversation management platform for WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger, and (only if you choose to schedule a call) the scheduling platform you access externally to our site. These providers process your information solely to provide us their service, not for their own purposes.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data for as long as there is an active or potential business relationship, and for any legal, accounting, or tax retention periods that apply. Once there is no longer a purpose to keep it and no legal obligation to do so, we delete or anonymize it.

Our business channels are not designed to receive medical records, diagnoses, results, or care-related information about patients. If you spontaneously share this type of information, we will handle it with special care, will not ask for unnecessary additional data, and will direct you to the appropriate channel of the relevant healthcare provider.

This policy applies to our operations in Colombia, where we currently provide and market our services. If Tu Impulso Web actively directs its services to other countries in the future, this policy will be updated to incorporate any applicable provisions.
