Tu Impulso Web builds business automation systems, digital presence, and accounting solutions on open-source tools, for clients in Colombia and the United States.

The specific commercial terms of each contracted service — price, payment terms, delivery timelines, and cancellation conditions — are defined in writing in the individual proposal or contract agreed with each client, and take precedence over the general descriptions on this site.

This site includes links and features from third parties such as WhatsApp, Calendly, YouTube, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external services; we recommend reviewing their own terms.

6. Business results

The systems we build are designed to eliminate manual work and organize your business's operations, but business outcomes (more sales, more customers, etc.) depend on factors outside our control, such as the market, the client's team, and how the system is used. We do not guarantee specific business results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tu Impulso Web / TBW GROUP SAS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. This limitation does not apply to the specific obligations assumed in a signed client service contract.
